What other guild tools don't do

Most WoW guild tools are strong at one job. These are the parts we haven't found anywhere else.

BoE tracking

Every bind-on-equip drop from loot to sale: who is interested, who it went to and what it sold for.

Attendance analytics

Rate per member, weekly trend, response rate and no-shows, so bench and trial calls rest on numbers.

  • Raid-night live board

Tonight on one screen: who is in, who is late and when they arrive, the composition by role and each boss's assignments.

  • Wishlist governance

Pick limits per raid or category, a trinket cap, an officer lock and outdated picks flagged.

    How it works: Wishlist governance
  • Rules and polls

The guild's rules and its votes on raid days or loot mode live next to the roster, not in a pinned message.

  • WoW Forever reference hub

Talent calculator, Legacy perks, spellbook, item database and raid planner, built from the client's own data.

Retail, Classic Era and WoW Forever

Each guild picks its game version and the tools follow it. One account can belong to guilds in all three.

Compare the game versions

Frequently asked questions

Is WoWGuildHub free?

Yes. Everything you can use today is free, for the whole guild. If paid plans are added later, their price will be shown first, and nothing is ever charged without your explicit purchase.

Do I need a Battle.net account?

No. You can sign up with an email address. Connecting Battle.net is optional: it brings in your characters and keeps their item level, spec and progress up to date.

Which versions of the game does it support?

Retail, Classic Era and WoW Forever. Each guild picks its version and the tools follow it: Mythic+ and the Great Vault for Retail, the talent calculator and levelling board for Forever.

How do my guildmates join?

Officers share an invite link, or players ask to join from the guild's public page. Officers accept requests in Settings → Members & roles and choose each person's role.

Does it work with Discord?

Yes. Connect a channel and the guild gets raid reminders, sign-ups, loot, applications and BOE sales posted there, in the guild's language.

Can we bring in the data we already have?

Yes. Import your roster, wishlists and loot history from a spreadsheet (CSV) or from RCLootCouncil, and sync with WoWAudit, Raider.IO and Warcraft Logs.

Where is my data, and can I delete it?

The database is in the European Union (Ireland). You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

Is it an official Blizzard product?

No. WoWGuildHub is a community project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. It uses Blizzard's public APIs and links to their official art.

Bring your guild in before the next raid night

Create the guild, invite your officers with a link and bring the roster in from Battle.net or a spreadsheet.
